Popular OAP Writes To Grammy On Burna Boy's Behalf
Strongly opinionated media personality, Shade Ladipo has take it upon herself to make a request to The Grammys on Burna boy’s behalf.
Recall that days ago, Burna boy’s latest album, ‘Twice As Tall’ got nominated in the category of the Best Global music Album in the 63rd Grammy making this his second year as a nominee.
After Burna lost the award last year to Angelique Kidjo, Shade had a few words for him. To her, he was one of the most unprofessional music artistes in the world and that was why he cop the award. She even went as far as calling him a twat.
She expressed her anger on instagram and although she didn’t give details she used an event hashtag making people believe that Burna may have misbehaved at one of his event performances.
This time she praised Burna boy’s album but felt like Burna boy had overflowed the Grammy win so she begged that the Grammy;s give Burnaboy the award so that Nigerians ‘can rest’
She wrote on her instastory,
“I want Burna Boy to win the Grammys so we can rest… Oya Oga you’re the best…. Frustrate us we are your Nigerians”
“Pls recording academy let Burna Boy win so we can breathe in nigeria and he can have something to look forward to.”
