Big Brother Naija season 7 winner Phyna has come under heavy attacked after she said 90% out of 100 internet scammers in Nigeria (Yahoo boys) don’t give their girlfriends money.
Apparently she was in the frankly speaking show which has OAP Nedu and she was asked by Nedu if a guy who is broke comes to her and ask her out will she accept. Replaying him she said she will be 26 this year and she has been many relationships, she then brought her experience with a yahoo boy.
She said her longest relationship was with a yahoo boy and all through the time they were together the yahoo boy never gave her a dim. She said in Nigeria if they are 100 yahoo boys she is certain that 90 out of that 100 do not give their girlfriends money.
Phyna the only benefit is that you will answer the name “the girlfriend of Oba dollar and oba millions” and also sitting in front of the car. When she made this statement it seems okay to her but this has raised a whole lot of insults from viewers to her.
Many called her names and said she is senseless. Others said she lacks management or her management needs to step up their game. Phyna is one who has made it clear that she is from the streets and she is not ashamed of it but that pride is one thing people are using against her as well. They said she is very different from the other winners of the show and Big Brother needs to apologize for making her the winner.
In the midst of all this, Phyna is yet to say anything but the said internet scam is gradually becoming a legal business in the country else how can one publicly say on national TV that she was dating a yahoo boy.
