The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has reacted to the attack on #EndSARS Protesters at the Lekki tollgate on Tuesday night.
The cleric outrightly condemned the actions of the Nigerian military and the police.
Adeboye, in a statement released on Wednesday, noted that the actions of the security operatives have only served to make the already bad situation worse.
The Christian cleric wondered why the attackers of peaceful protesters across Nigeria have not been arrested and then called on the Nigerian youth to stay calm and avoid any illegal act.
