The All Progressive Congress, APC Chairman Adams Oshiomole has had his suspension as the National APC chairman upheld by a court of appeal in Abuja.
A 3-man panel that was led by Justice Monica Dongban-Mensem who is the president of the court of appeal on Tuesday. The Judge said that the appeal the Oshiomole to remove his suspension was ‘unmeritorious’.
The battle in the ruling party has heated up in recent times with the former Edo state governor and present Edo governor at loggerheads with each other, with the Edo governor resigning from the party that made him governor earlier today.
