A few days after many Nigerians called out veteran Gospel singer Tope Alabi for talking down on a song titled Oniduro Mi, the Gospel singer that sang the song Yinka Alaseyori has finally reacted to the backlashes trailing Alabi’s comments about the music.

In a viral video, Alaseyori urged her fans and other believers to allow Jesus to take the will, noting that Tope Alabi is like a mother to her and has blessed many people through her pieces of music over the years.

She urged her lovers to worship God and focus more on Jesus instead of engaging in a war of words with Alabi, who had opined that the Oniduro Mi song is not in line with the Holy Spirit’s leading.

You will recall that Tope Alabi, in a viral video, stated that God is more than her Oniduro, which means Guarantor; she stressed that describing God as Oniduro Mi is not good enough.

Reacting, famous Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, said a higher percentage of Yoruba celebrities are fond of engaging in eye service by taking sides.

Also, another famous Gospel singer, Sola Allyson, has taken to social media to react to the viral video, making the rounds about Tope Alabi. According to Allyson, many souls who connect to the song titled Oniduro Mi have stories that clearly show that they would have been forgotten long ago if not for God that stood as their Guarantor.

Allyson said the song tells the story of many who had no backing from anyone and none to rest on. Meanwhile, she commended Yinka Alaseyori for making the music more accessible to souls all over the world.

The Gospel singer further noted that the song helps her express gratitude very succinctly, adding that people understand the concept of GOD differently, depending on how much they are granted to see.
