Confusion as Obaseki's Aide-de-camp Faints During 2nd Term Inauguration Ceremony
The Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki has dumped this former party, the All Progressives Congress, APC, day after he was screen out of the race to be the party’s flag bearer in the forthcoming Edo State governorship election.
The governor hinted on resigning his membership from the APC while speaking with newsmen at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
It would be recalled that the Edo State governor and two other aspirants were screened out by the committee given the task to prepare those who intend to contest the state governorship election under the umbrella of the party.
He has also debunked news that he presented a fake credentials to the screening committee.
