NSCDC Staff Caught on Camera Stealing

A staff of Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, was caught on camera stealing. The NSCDC staff as seen from the survellience camera taking money from the purse of a sales girl over the counter.

From this NSCDC staff’s mannerisms, it is obvious that he is racing against time and trying really hard not to be caught or make any sound.

Such a bad example for an NSCDC staff caught stealing.
