Some Npower Teachers among their superiors were kidnapped in Ondo State a couple days ago without trace or hope of actually returning to their families.
Fortunately for the four school officials abducted, it was later gathered that they had all regained their freedom and reunited with loved ones.
As contained in a press release issued to journalists by the spokesperson of Ondo State Police Command, DSP Funmilayo Odunlami, confirmed their freedom of the abductees by the kidnappers.
DSP Odunlami disclosed that all the abducted victims were dumped at Imoga community, close to Ibilo in Akoko Edo Local Government Area of Edo State.
Recall that everyevery.ng reported some days back that Unidentified gunmen had taken some Npower Teachers hostage from the Ondo State Auga Community Grammar School.
According to the report, the tutors were on transit in a Blue Toyota along Auga-Ise Road in Akoko East Local Government Area, LGA, when the assailants suddenly appeared out of nowhere and hijacked their vehicle.
Some observers at the crime scene said the car they boarded belonged to the principal of the school, who the kidnappers also scooped away alongside another school staff.
The Federal Government N-Power Staff captured are Oloyede Bukola, Adagunodo Funmilayo, while the school principal’s name is Mr Joshua Adeyemi, his vice is Ifedayo Yesufu.
