To prepare this food, the volume of your shelled corn should be washed and then grinded. Small amount of water should be added when grinding because it has to be thick. The grinded corn is then turned with a turning stick. A small quantity of water should also be added while turning. The next thing to do is to wrap the thick paste with a wrapping leaf (Thaumatococcus danielli).
This process is continued until the paste has been exhausted. It is then cooked in a medium heat for about 20 minutes. When it is about to be done, the cooked corn is then pounded with mortar and pestle. The food is then ready to be served with your favorite soup.
