Popular Afro Song Nigerian Artiste, LAX, has narrated his terrible experience using an Apple laptop for storage of his music project data.
The raw files to his recorded songs were stored in the Apple laptop that later crashed without warning or signs that it would crash soon.
LAX appeared on a podcast shared by Naija Billboard to explain how he immediately took the laptop to Apple’s customer service centre to fix the problem.
Getting there, he was assured that once the laptop is fixed, he would retrieve all his saved data and that there is a 99% of him not losing any files to the sudden crash.
Sadly, the assurance from the customer service provider never came to pass as the laptop came back to life but all LAX’s music album data that crashed got lost permanently.
LAX mentioned that he moved on like nothing happened and already plans to re-record the album, adding that it might just be a sign that God is trying to show him.
He, however, expressed disappointment with the manner the Apple service handled the situation and that they need to do better, revealing that such an ordeal had happened to him initially.
