The Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC has reported that some of its members of staff have tested positive to COVID-19.
The agency made this announcement in a statement it released via its twitter social media handle on Monday.
The Staffs were from the office of the executive director of projects, Dr Cairo Ojougboh. The director himself meanwhile did not contract the virus.
The agency said, “As NDDC headquarters staff undergo isolation and Covid19 screening, six of 33 staff members in the Office of the Executive Director (Projects), Dr Cairo Ojougboh, have tested positive to Covid-19. However, Dr Ojougboh tested negative. Details soon.”
