Nasarawa State Governor, Abdulahi Sule, has called out to the president of the country, President Muhammadu Buhari, on the presence of Boko Haram terrorists in his state.
Speaking to State House correspondents after a meeting with the president at the presidential villa, Abuja, Governor Sule added that Boko Haram have set up camp at the Nasarawa/Benue border.
The Nasarawa State governor pointed out that the Boko Haram terrorists were in operation in the Toto local government area of the state, but they were dislodged.

Now they have begun to regroup at the Benue/Nasarawa border from where they have perhaps already carried out some attacks, and from where they are likely planning to carry out more attacks on residents.
The governor further disclosed that he met with the president to discuss the security issues in the state as well as other matters like the possible federal government takeover of Jitata road.
Governor Sule also talked about how about 900 insurgents were arrested and confirmed their membership of Boko Haram and he expressed confidence that after his meeting with the president, appropriate action would be taken to deal with the insecurity in the area.
