Celebrated comedian and skit-maker, Mr Macaroni calls out hypocrisy that has been making waves on the internet especially in recent times.
Coming closely after Nigerians have dragged Burna Boy and his state governor, Nyesom Wike, Mr Macaroni bares his mind on the recent bout of hypocrisy on the internet especially in relation to the forthcoming 2023 elections.
On his official Twitter page, he wrote that people will only criticise corruption when they are not beneficiaries of the act but the moment it that to benefit them, it turns into a grey area. Part of his tweet read,
“I see now that some of us only hate corruption, nepotism, impunity and bad governance because we do not benefit from it. Once we do, corruption is no longer black and white. It is color grey. We give corruption a new name and we even justify it.“

Recall that the comedian has been very active in the quest for good governance in recent times, which led to his arrest on the 13th of February while participating in the ENDSARS protests.
