Liverpool was able to create many chances in the game but was only able to convert three of the chances.
Mane’s goal against Palace makes him the player who has scored more goals against a single team in the English Premier League. Mohamed Salah doubled their lead with just over 10 minutes remaining when he smashed home a flick-on from a corner before Naby Keita’s late curling strike made it 3-0.
Liverpool was wasteful in the first half as Diogo Jota fired over the bar from a few yards out in a glorious position. Thiago Alcantara and Jordan Henderson were also denied by Crystal Palace keeper Vicente Guaita.
The win has to lift Liverpool to the top of the table with four wins from their opening five games, while visitors Crystal Palace remains outside the top 10.
