Man named Egbuchulem Allegedly Rapes and Impregnates own Daughter in Imo State
A man identified as Uchenna Egbuchulem has been accused of defiling and impregnating his own seventeen years old daughter Adaku Egbuchulem in Imo State.
After his arrest, and taken to the State police headquarters, it was found out that he has been forcing himself on the young girl for a while.
The suspect’s arrest was made after a concerned neighbour alerted the police by writing a report to the police about the inhuman act of Egbuchulem that resulted in getting her pregnant.
Another report has it that the pregnant girl has been living with her father since she was a child after she was separated from her mum who left Nigeria for Ivory Coast.
The arrest has been confirmed by the Imo State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, SP Ikeokwu Orlando stressing that investigation would be carried on the matter and Egbuchulem would be charged to court in due time.
The secret has been kept this far because the suspect has been accused of threatening to kill his daughter if she tells anyone about what he has been doing to her.
