Lucky Igbinedion Mother’s Alleged Killer in Cuffs

Lucky Igbinedion, former governor of Edo State, reportedly lost his mother out of strangulation, and the alleged killer is now in police custody.

The suspect, Dominion Okoro, a housemaid, was arrested by the EdoState Police Command, as there were indications that she was connected to the death of Igbinedion’s mum.

The victim, Madam Maria Oredola Igbinedion, was allegedly murdered, and the family are forced to believe that the house-help knows about the tragic incident.

The 85-year-old woman reportedly died from suffocation as a result of a deliberate murder attempt to stop her from breathing, and the event happened right inside her residence in Ugbor, GRA, Benin-City, the State’s capital.

Evidence on Lucky Igbinedion Mother’s Death

The housemaid, from Cross River, left too many suspicious trails after committing the murder, especially by ransacking the deceased’s belongings and running away to her State.

She was later arrested in Calabar, Cross River State, where she was hiding for the moment to stay below the radar for a while until the crime blew off, but unfortunately, scooped up by a combined tactical team of the Nigerian Police.
