Formal Liverpool player Sir Kenny Dalglish who was admitted in the hospital because he tested positive to coronavirus has been dischrged. The 69-year-old former Liverpool forward was admitted to hospital on Wednesday for treatment of an infection which required intravenous antibiotics.
He was routinely checked for coronavirus and tested positive despite showing no symptoms. The former Celtic and Scotland forward was given immediate care and he has soon massive improvement. He was discharged today and he said: “People may think my name got me the best of care but every patient in the NHS gets the best of care.”
“As a nation, we are lucky to have them and I wish them all well as they work tirelessly to help the country through this pandemic.” he added. Sir Kenny Dalglish is now free from the virus and has returned to his family.
