Popular Nigerian blogger Linda Ikeji has responded to Caroline Danjuma on the allegations leveled against her in the latest episode of the Showmax series, ‘The Real Housewives of Lagos’.
The episode, which aired on Friday, saw the 41 year old former Nollywood actress accuse Linda Ikeji of being the mastermind of her failed marriage.
The mother-of-three bashed Laura Ikeji, younger sister to Linda, for trying to defend her family, despite Linda publishing false stories about her.
Angered Carolina Danjuma yelled, “Linda lied about my age. I reached out to her. She wrote that my daughter was for another man. I did not care, and you sit down there to defend your family?
“I have family too, I have children that look up to me. I have people that care for me, you don’t sit down here and tell me you wanna slap me.
“When your sister wrote about my daughter, my daughter has two holes in the heart. Do you know how I coped with that? Do you think I’m happy to be divorced.”
Linda responding to the allegations, said, “In it’s 16 years of blogging, Linda Ikeji Blog NEVER EVER wrote that Caroline Danjuma’s daughter is not for her husband. Not only didn’t Linda Ikeji Blog write this, no other blog in Nigeria or beyond wrote this.”
The 41-year-old mother-of-one revealed that if the allegations were true, other blogs would have written about it, as no such story line ever existed in Nigeria.
Linda Ikeji believes that the story was either made up by Caroline Danjuma, or was seen under the comment section by an Anonymous.
Linda Ikeji, however, admitted to have written about Caroline’s age controversy when she came out some years ago to claim she was 27, reiterating that the story was never for malice.
Linda further threw jab at Caroline, saying she blamed every other person for her divorce until recently when she admitted her failures.
Caroline married Nigerian business mogul Musa Danjuma in 2007, and the union was blessed with two sons and a daughter before their separation in 2016.
