Nigerian award-winning singer, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has pleaded with bloggers and rumour peddlers to let his wife be.
The legendary musician is on vacation in the United States of America, with his children birth by Pero after sharing videos and pictures of events.
2baba’s wife, Annie Idibia, was reported on Monday to have unfollowed him and wrote a cryptic message on her Instastory, giving rise to the rumour she has since debunked.
In a follow-up post on Tuesday, 2baba, on his Instastory, shared a video pleading for his wife to be left alone.
He said, “Una too like to dey bully people for this social media, I no really understand. Make una just leave my wife alone. Abeg, leave my wife alone.”
The 46-year-old African Queen crooner captioned the video, “Una like to read nonsense meaning to everything. Can’t somebody feel free again?”
The celebrity couple renewed their marital vow in March 2022, on their 10th marriage anniversary, despite the frequent family unrest.
