Real Madrid is reportedly plotting a fresh bid to bring former AS Monaco striker Kylian Mbappe to the Benubua. The Paris Saint-Germain star is among the two wonder kids Real Madrid is planning of signing next.
According to reports they want to sign either Kylian Mbappe or Borussia Dortmund’s forward Erling Braut Haaland this summer. Mbappe’s contract with the French Ligue 1 side will expire next year, and the club will want to keep him although Madrid is still mounting pressure on him.
Should the deal fail to pull through Haaland is the next option for the La Liga defending champions. Haaland has been tipped to head to Manchester City to replace Sergio Aguero, but Madrid will battle the player’s EPL side.
Josep Pedrerol of El Chiringruito made it clear that Real Madrid has made their intension to sign a striker in the next transfer window. Haaland and Mbappe are the two players on their list.
However, Kylian Mbappe has said he is willing to commit his future to PSG and hold out for a move to Real Madrid in the future. Haaland has once again been in scintillating form for Dortmund during the 2020-21 campaign with 22 goals across all competitions.
