Nigerian investigative journalist, Kiki Mordi has deactivated her Twitter account.

This is coming after her theft saga with Ogechi Obi; a colleague who claimed to be the brain behind Kiki’s award-winning BBC sex-for-grade documentary.

Controversial investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo also backed Ogechi’s claims by stating that she did her findings which got her to state that the work doesn’t belong to Kiki.

However, Oge Obi attempted to take her life on Sunday by taking a poisonous substance which got friends to quickly rush her to different hospitals before she was received by a general hospital.

Kiki Mordi, a member of the Nigerian feminist coalition had earlier denied any wrongdoings concerning Oge’s accusation.

Her tweet reads, “I said this on Twitter, in my interviews, on the actual film. I never hid this from anyone and I certainly never stole anyone’s story or credits.”

A quick check has now shown that her Twitter account has been suspended, as a search on the micro blogging platform returns no existing account.
