Controversial Nigerian journalist and blogger Kemi Olunloyo has come hard on Nigerian’s calling her “Aunty”.
Some twitter folks are fond of calling the self-acclaimed investigative journalist by the phrase she does not find amusing.
In a recent tweet by the 57-year-old daughter of former Oyo State governor Victor Omololu Olunloyo, she stated that she is no aunt to any social media follower and demands respect for her nieces and nephews.
She tweeted, “Stop calling me Aunty Kemi. I’m not your fuckn aunt. Give respect to my nieces and nephews. Address people by their title. Nigerians are slow learners. Nobody cares about your daft culture.”
Kemi Olunloyo has been involved in many controversies in the past, from being arrested by the General Overseer of ‘The Salvation Ministries’ Pastor David Ibiyeomie to her outburst with blogger Linda Ikeji and claiming to have facts on Hushpuppi’s arrest.
