Lady Who Accused Uti Nwachukwu of Rape Deletes Post
One time Big Brother Africa Winner and Jara Host, Uti Nwachukwu has been accused of rape by Kambili Korie, a lady on twitter NG. According to her story, the incident happened in 2017 when she was an apprentice at a men’s cloth shop in Lagos. She narrated that she was friends with Uti because he used to come to their shop. According to her, he told her he liked her but she declined the offer for being more than friends because she knew Uti’s girlfriend at that time.
In her story, she declined his advancements but it was okay to be just friends with him. She said her reason for declining was because she knew Uti’s girlfriend at the time. They were friends and hung out often. She also added that Uti knew her house and visited a couple of times on her invitation. A room she shared with her friend.
To the rape accusation, she said Uti came to her apartment without invitation because she was trying to stay away from him as she was starting to develop feelings for Uti Nwachukwu. Kambili narrated that Uti raped her on that day when she declined his advances. According to her, her roommate was not in the apartment at that time.
As part of her claims, she said the reason she did not speak up before now was that when she narrated it to her roommate and colleague, none of them believed her. At the moment Uti Nwachukwu is yet to respond to this accusation.
However, he made a post on his twitter page around the time when this happened saying “I would not force you if I do not love you”. This is an indicting statement and he is yet to give any response.
