Justice Isiaka Isola Oluwa Dies in Lagos
The Judge who sentenced Alhaji Jimoh Isola a Lagos Socialite also known as Ejigbadero, to death for the murder Raji Oba, a farmer has died at the age of 102.
Justice Isiaka Isola Oluwa ’s death was announced today with information that he died in his home at Ilupeju area of Lagos State in the early hours of the day.
Justice Oluwa became so famous after he delivered judgement in the murder case against Jimoh Isola and would always be remembered for his verdict in seeking Justice for Raji Oba, a poor farmer.
Report said his remains the judge who retired in 1983 would be laid to rest at the Atan Cemetery, Yaba in Lagos State with respect to Islamic rites.
The late Justice began his legal profession having stayed for a period of time in London, with the law firm he formed at his return in Nigeria called Oluwa, Kotoye and Co.
