Hollywood actor, Joseph Sikora, who is better known as Tommy Egan in the TV drama series ‘Power’ has picked a song by late Nigerian musician, Sonny Okosun in his 30 days challenge.
The American actor is on a 30 days music challenge where he would drop a clue with an example then his fans and followers would follow suite with a reply.
Joseph Sikora made his debut as an actor in the 2006 film ‘The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial’. He was very popular as Tommy Egan in the Starz drama series, ‘Power’ where he featured alongside 50 Cent and others.
Sikora portrayed Frank Cosgrne Jnr. on the third season of the Netflix crime drama ‘Ozark’ which was released earlier this year.
Joseph Sikora is on day 12 of his 30 days challenge. The Hollywood actor asked followers to name a song about a country and cited ‘Which Way Nigeria’ by Sonny Okosun as an example.
‘Which Way Nigeria’ is a 1983 song by late Nigerian musician, Sonny Okosun. Sonny was the lead vocalist of the Ozizidi band before going solo later in his career as a gospel artist under the name Evangelist Sonny Okosun.
The song was written by the artist to pass messages concerning the state-of-the-nation back then.
Followers and fans of Tommy Egan (Joseph Sikora) have since dropped other songs about a country while his Nigerian fans have used the opportunity to ask him questions about visiting Nigeria.
