Jamie Carragher Blast Pogba and his Agent
Manchester United and France play-maker Paul Pogba have been openly criticized by former Liverpool player Jamie Carragher. According to Carragher, he said Pogba is the most overrated player in the world.
The Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher blasted the Manchester United star player following his poor statistics this season. The Manchester United midfielder’s agent, Mino Raiola, recently announced that his client will not sign a new deal at Old Trafford when his contract expires in the summer of 2022.
And speaking on the Monday Night Football show, Carragher stated that the Manchester United should happily sell off the former Juventus star. He said: “Get rid! I’ve been saying this for 12 months. The most overrated player I’ve ever seen in my life! “I think Pogba and Raiola are a disgrace. We’ll all look at the agent now and ask Pogba what he thinks.”
“Agents in this day and age, they are not just agents, they are a parent, a best friend, a financial adviser, they book holidays, they go away with each other.”
He also said: “Those two will be like that (crosses fingers). He will be Pogba’s best mate. So Pogba will be well aware of what was going to come out of his mouth. And if he wasn’t, he should sack his agent.”
