Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye, Mr. P of the defunct P Square group has replied one of his fan who asked him to release a new song.
The singer noted that it is wrong for anyone to expect an artist to release a song or album at a time like this when the whole world is focusing on fighting Coronavirus, COVID-19.
He made this known while replying one of his twitter followers who said he was itching to listen to new songs from Mr P.
The fan asked, “What’s going on? you have not released any song, please I can’t wait to listen to your new songs.”
The singer replied by drawing the attention of the fan to the fact that it is wrong to release an album at a time like this.
“Please have it in mind that the world is paying more attention to Coronavirus, and I am sure you know it is the wrong time to release a song or even an album. Thanks anyways. Happy quarantine.”
