Nigerian self-acclaimed entrepreneur and fraudster Obinwanne Okeke, popularly called Invictus Obi will be released from the United States prison in 2028.
A catalogue by the United States Federal Bureau of Prisons has revealed that convicted Mr Okeke will be released in 2028 after serving his time.
Mr Okeke was tried and convicted for a computer-based intrusion fraud scheme of approximately $11 million in known losses to his victims and was sentenced to 10 years in prison earlier in the year.
Mr Okeke is being held at the Federal Correctional Center, Oakdale II in Los Angeles, with a total population of 1,100 inmates, all-male gender.
The 34-year-old was arrested on August 6, 2019, after a wire fraud complaint from Unatrac Holding limited, UAE.
Mr Okeke is the owner of Invictus Group, which is said to be involved in Agriculture, Oil and Gas, Real Estates and others.
The self-acclaimed businessman was featured on the Forbes Africa 30 Magazine in June 2016 as one of Africa under 30 successful businessmen.
