INEC Chairman Visits Ondo For Stakeholders’ Meeting

The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Prof Mahmood Yakubu, some National Commissioners, the Technical Team, and some Directors have visited the commission’s office in Akure, Ondo State for stakeholders meeting ahead of the October 10 elections.

In a tweet by the electoral body, it was stated that the meeting was held to ensure the successful conduct of the Ondo State governorship elections.

It was gathered that the Ondo State Residential Electoral Commissioner, REC, Rufus Akeju gave the opening remarks at the stakeholders meeting which was held on Wednesday.

Also, the supervising National Commissioner in-Charge of Ondo State, Dr Adekunle Ogunmola was present at the meeting.
