Following a disappointing outing from Manchester United in their Premier League game against struggling Burnley, United fans have taken to social media demanding exist of the club’s skipper Harry Maguire. The Red Devils thought they had taken the lead inside the opening 15 minutes but the home team levelled up before the 60th minute of the game.
Manchester United was given a free kick roughly 40 yards out. Bruno Fernandes swung a ball in and Raphael Varane headed home but it was disallowed after VAR revealed Harry Maguire was offside. Ralf Rangnick’s side then thought they went two goals up when Marcus Rashford’s cross was turned into his net by Josh Brownhill, but the Burnley man’s blushes were spared as a foul was given against him Pogba.
United was completely dominant in the game but a miscalculation from the skipper Harry Maguire allowed Wout Weghorst Jay Rodriguez for the goal. Rodriguez found himself one-on-one with David de Gea and he produced a confident finish to make it 1-1.

Reacting to this, Manchester United former player and skipper Rio Ferdinand said that was not great from Harry Maguire. He got beaten easily by Weghorst and then couldn’t get back to deny Rodriguez. United applied pressure late on but they couldn’t find a winner and thus had to settle for a draw.
