Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State recently reiterated his long-time displeasure towards the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari and did not hold back in passing his message.
He out-rightly demanded that Mr. President should honorably resign office and hand over power to the VicePresident of Nigeria, Professor YemiOsinbajo.
Gov stressed that the President has not been measuring up to expectations and stated that it’s time he’d leave the office for a more qualified leader.
The Benue State Governor aired his disappointment at a press conference in Makurdi, the State capital while emphasizing the point that the present administration has failed the citizens of the country.
Honorably Resign as President- Ortom
He reemphasized that the Buhari-led government had completely failed in helping Nigerians build a better country, calling on the Nigerian leader to accept the fact that he has failed this country and wants to advise him to honorably resign as president of Nigeria.
“Yes, he can resign and hand over to his deputy to handle the affairs of this country. Otherwise, this country will be going down,” he said.
