Google has said that it will give all its employees worldwide holiday bonus of $1600 each.
On Wednesday, this announcement was made as they declared that the bonus would extend to the workforce and interns.
The $1600 bonus or the equivalent of the value in work countries will be a one-time thing and is meant to support its employees during this Coronavirus pandemic period.
The latest bonus is in addition to Google‘s well-being bonus and work-from-home allowance.
An internal survey by the tech company in March shows a drop in the well-being of its employees in the past years.
This bonus will be disbursed ahead of the 2021 Christmas and New Year Celebration.
