Family abnnounced the death of popular Nigerian Fuji singer, Alhaji wasiu ajani popularly known as pure water
Popular Fuji singer, Saheed Osupa has penned an emotional tribute to mourn the demise of a famous Nigerian Fuji music star, Alhaji Wasiu Ajani Tekoye also known as Pure Water who died at the age of 52.
In a post on his Instagram page, Osupa described the death of Wasiu Ajani as a loss to the Fuji industry as he also prayed that his soul rest in peace.
According to a family source, Tekoye died at his residence in Moshalashi, Alimosho Local Government of Lagos State on Thursday, May 14, 2020.
The source also announced that he would be buried according to Islamic rites at the family house by 10:00 am on Friday, May 15.
