Fikayo Tomori Set to Leave Chelsea on Loan

Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori is making a move of the English Premier League, the player is expected to join French Ligue 1 side Stade Rennes on loan in the next transfer window which is just by the corner.

Fikayo Tomori has not had a good playng time this season, he has only featured in one Premier League game in the 2020/21 English Premier League season. He is the fifth choice behind Thiago Silva, Kurt Zouma, Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.

English Premier League side Leeds United have been keeping an eye on the player it will be sad for them if at the end of the day he leave the English Premier League to another league. The 22-year-old will be loaned for the remainder of the 2020-21 campaign.

Also in the English Premier League, West Ham United and Newcastle United came close to signing him on a short-term deal over the summer, but the player ultimately decided to reject a switch to the London Stadium.

The Englishman’s only other two appearances this season came in the EFL Cup towards the end of September, while he was an unused substitute in all six of Chelsea’s Champions League group-stage games. Tomori has a contract at Stamford Bridge until the summer of 2024.
