Falz Blasts Dino Melaye Over #EndSARS Tweet

Folarin Falana popularly known as Falz has slammed legislator, Dino Melaye over camouflaging as a supportee of the #EndSARS campaign while he is a part of the corrupt government the youth seek to demolish.

The rapper and human rights activist has been actively involved in the call for an end for police brutality, sharing information on legislation and doing groundwork to ensure the protection of as many protesters as possible. Just recently he made a viral video notifying Nigerians of a number of unknown rights they possess which could be useful in the ongoing demonstration.

In the midst of this, controversial lawmaker, Dino Melaye put out a tweet that pledged solidarity with the #EndSARS campaign and Falz immediately set him straight, saying that he is a part of the corrupt system we want to change and when the youth are done with SARS, we will face the leaders.

Senator Dino’s tweet read,

“Government have no power in our extant laws to ban protest. So Government must realise that the people have woken up from their slumber. Work with the people or welcome a REVOLUTION. SDM. “

Falz respond to the tweet by Dino saying,

“Oga no dey form like say you dey with us! We go soon face una matter #ENDSARS”
