Ex-DMW Act, Lil Frosh Rearrested, Awaiting Trial
Former DMW Artiste, Lil Frosh rearrested months after the news of his alleged domestic abuse made it to the news.
In October last year, the artiste whose real name is Sanni Goriola Wasiu was outed for beating up his then-girlfriend, Gift Cammille aka Cutegeminime constantly.
The whistleblower claimed to be a brother and manager to the abuse victim and made a range of accusations including battery, emotional abuse, invasion of privacy and blackmail when he threatened to post videos of his ex-girlfriend naked.
Lil Frosh initially denied the claims saying that the large pulp on his girlfriend’s head resulted from an allergy. Later on, he apologised to her, but that did not stop him from being investigated by the police.
As time went by, it seemed as though he case had simmered down until, Lil Frosh was recently invited for questioning by the police and has allegedly been in their custody since Thursday,4 February 2021.
His close friends like Zinoleesky have taken to socials to call for Frosh’s release from Police custody.
