de Bruyne came from the bench to set up Thorgan Hazard to level the scores in the 55th minute of the game before he then scored in the 71st minute to ensure his side advanced to the next round of the competition.
All efforts for Denmark to equalise proved abortive as the Red Devils defended their lead till the final whistle
