England Player Test Positive for Covid-17

Manchester United and England forward Ella Toone has tested positive for coronavirus. According to reports, the player has left the other players in the camp. Ella Toone, 21, was named in a 21-player squad for a six-day training camp in Bisham on 6 June but will not go again as she has been placed in self-isolation.

Also, in their camp, OL Reign goalkeeper Karen Bardsley has pulled out of the team due to injury. Manchester United goalkeeper Emily Ramsey will replace the goalkeeper at the Bisham Abbey training centre. The United goalkeeper is uncapped at senior level for England. She will join Birmingham City’s Hannah Hampton, Everton’s Sandy MacIver, Manchester City’s Ellie Roebuck and Chelsea’s Carly Telford at the training camp.
