
Nigerian forward Emmanuel Dennis has completed a season-long loan to Grman Bundesliga side Cologne from Club Brugge. Many players have liked the player across Europe following his outstanding performance in both Uefa Champions League and Europa League.

According to the managing director of Cologne Horst Heldt, he said: “Emmanuel is a quick player, who can play through the middle a striker as well as on the wings. His finishing ability last season saw him gain the interest of many top clubs.”

The Nigeria international is happy to join the club and is looking forward to a successful spell in Germany. Emmanuel Dennis commenting on his new side, said: “The last six months were not easy for me. I want to play and score goals, and therefore I wanted to make a move in the current transfer window.”
Emmanuel Dennis also said: “I am pleased that I’m now at FC Cologne. I know what the sporting situation here – therefore I want to play my part in keeping us in the league, by playing and scoring in a top league.”
Dennis joined Club Brugge from Ukrainian outfit Zorya Luhansk far back in 2017. He has made 116 appearances for the Club Brugge and has scored 29 goals and provided 13 assists.
The Nigerian international is likely to be featured in their Wednesday clash, and he has already been given the jersey number 43.
