EFCC Presents 10th Witness Against Mompha
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has on Friday, July 17, 2020, presented the 10th prosecution witness against Ismaila Mustapha popularly known as Mompha.
In a tweet, the Commission revealed that the witness was presented before Justice A.M Liman of the Federal High Court sitting Ikoyi, Lagos.
Earlier, the Commission had presented Nuru Buhari as the first prosecution witness in the trial of the duo of Kayode Phillips and Hamza Koudeih.
The duo, who were alleged accomplices of Mompha, were arraigned on November 28, 2019, on 25-count charges, bordering on conspiracy and money laundering.
