Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki
Edo State government has declared one of its state residents, Amaka Okoro who was reported to have tested positive for the Coronavirus wanted.
According to the State Governor Godwin Obaseki, the woman ran away from one of the isolation centres in the state after she was confirmed positive to the virus.
He urged anyone who has information about Amaka Okoro’s whereabout to help in locating her while also calling the on the victim to come back to the isolation centre for adequate medical care.
According to Obaseki, everyone in contact with the woman is at risk of getting infected with the deadly virus.
Meanwhile, the Edo State Governor has extended the curfew imposed on the state by another 14days with a change of time which will not be from 8 pm to 6 am.
