The Nigerian Police Force (NPF) has confirmed the arrest of eight individual, in connection to the death of Davido’s son, Ifeanyi.
In a recent development, the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, has confirmed the arrest of domestic staff working for Davido.
The PPRO revealed that they are all in for questioning, and whoever is not found culpable would be released immediately.
Hundeyin said, “About eight of them were brought in to narrate their version of what happened to assist us in getting what really happened.
“At the end of their narrations, whoever that is found not guilty of negligence or not culpable in any way will be allowed to go.”
He added that whoever is found culpable of negligence would be held back for further questioning.
Davido and his Fiancee, Chioma, lost their son on Monday night after he drowned in a swimming pool while in the care of a nanny in his Banana Island home.
