Davido digs heartfelt letter to late mother
Nigerian popular singer, David Adeleke aka Davido has never for once stopped talking about his late mother, Dr Veronica Imade Adeleke.
The music star today, 13th of January 2021 took to his social media page to share an old letter he wrote for her late mother which has got his fans and followers talking.
Davido in the letter to her mother stated how much the mother loved him despite his stubbornness. He also mentioned how he sorely miss the mother and vowed never to forget him.
Davido’s mother, Dr Veronica Imade Adeleke was born in the year 1963 and was a lecturer at the Babcock University before her death.
It was said that the mother loved the singer so much that she named her music band after her son, David’s Band, and also named a security company she owned as well, as David Company, its evident that the late Mrs. Adeleke loved her son very much.
Dr Veronica Adeleke died aged 39, she was found dead in her room the next morning after her husband’s 40th birthday.
The proud son has since named her daughters, Imade and Veronica, in memory of the late mother.
