Former Everton is Manchester United David Moyes are ready to commit his future to West Ham United as he is about to sign a contract extension with the club. The 58-year-old has been in discussions with the Hammers since the end of the 2020/21 English Premeir Leason season over a new three-year deal.
David Moyes Accepts to Sign Contract with West Ham United
Everton was coming for the manager following the departure of their head coach Carlo Ancelotti to Real Madrid, but the manager said he is not willing to the club. David Moyes did very well last season, helping West Ham United reach the Europa League spot after many years.
David Moyes says he feels at home at West Ham, and so he is not willing to leave the club. It had been anticipated Moyes’ West Ham future would have been made clear by now, but it is understood there are no issues over the new deal. The manager is looking at putting together a squad that can challenge the top six team in the English Premier League next.
Moyes is currently running his second spell with the London team since returning in December 2019 after the club sacked Manuel Pellegrini. In his 18 months with the club, he has taken them from the relegation zone to the Europa League spot.
