Sunday Igboho, a Yoruba Nation Activist, seem to be experiencing some unsubscribed episodes in his camp as a leaked audio feed revealed the advocator lamenting over the treatment meted upon him by one of his lawyers, Ibrahim Salami.
Igboho, whose real name is Sunday Adeyemo, yesterday in Benin Republic, criticized Salami for a blatant disrespect by letting him wait in suspense for over 15 minutes while engaging another individual in a separate conversation.
In an outburst, the Activist said the lawyer ignored his cry for food and preferred indulging in talks with other persons of interest, adding that he has no idea who Ibrahim Salami is, noting it’s their first encounter.
However, he stated that Salami appeared strange as he wasn’t expecting his visit. “I didn’t know it was Salami that lawyer, Falola, would be sending,” He added.
While lamenting, Igboho asked, “Are the lawyers God? The lawyers can’t convince a judge to release me; see how many they are, about 10 of them, are those lawyers? The lawyers can’t let them remove handcuffs from my hands for seven days until Falola came. It wasn’t small money that they collected; some collected N5million, some N4million. I’m not afraid of any one of them.”
Fortunately, when contacted to speak on the issue with his client, Ibrahim Salami, the lawyer in question claimed he had information for Igboho but didn’t comment any further.
Meanwhile, on hearing this update, the Yoruba Nation Activist countered the response as he rejected any possible information coming from the lawyer.
He said, “…I don’t need any information from them… Any information that can’t take me out of here is useless.” He said.
