Commissioner Shed Tears Over Level Of Vandalisation In Kogi

Reactions have continued to pour in over how Kogi State Commissioner for Health, Saka Audu cried in a viral video.

In the video, Audu cried when he inspected the vandalized Kogi State Medical Store complex located in Lokoja.

The commissioner lamented that some of the equipment destroyed in the attack was worth billions.

Audu listed some of the equipment lost to the vandalisation to include Magnetic Resonance Imaging Machines (MRI), Computer Tomography Machines and Digital Mammography.

Others are Digital Radiography, Test Kits, Drugs, Pharmaceuticals Consumables, Refrigerators for vaccines, Solar Power unit and laboratory equipment.

According to him, the vandalisation might set the state back.

However, he added that the state lost the entire contents of its medical store.

The commissioner revealed that the state government would eventually make public the list of the stolen items and their cost implications.
