The rape case of notable Nollywood actor, Olarenwaju Omiyinka popularly known as Baba Ijesha, gets deeper as Comedian Princess denies authorising the release of the viral Baba Ijesha CCTV video that captured him molesting her daughter.

Baba Ijesha CCTV video

Hours ago, Punch newspaper released the video footage of the actor clearly molesting the 14-year-old girl to the surprise of many. This was coming after defenders of the molester like Yomi Fabiyi and other internet users had asked for the video to be released as concrete evidence.

When these demands were being made, popular actress, Iyabo Ojo who has been at the forefront of the fight for justice in the case, shut it down, asking people to be sensitive to the plights of the victims and her family and got the support of many concerned citizens.

The release of this video has caused Nigerian to call Princess all sorts of names, including clout chaser, for licensing the release of the video. The same producer who insisted on the release of the video, Yomi Fabiyi, turned around to accuse the comedian of using her daughter to lure Baba Ijesha and asked for her arrest.

Reacting to all these, Princess posted a legal document stating that she had no hand in the video release as she did not authorise punch Newspaper or any media outfit to post the video. The document read in part;

“Our client disclaims any liability or responsibility whatsoever that arises from the publication of the video on the internet or any other social media platform showing OLSRENWAJU JAMES OMIYINKA (AKA. BABA IJESHA) molesting our client’s foster daughter.”
