The four Chelsea players are Edouard Mendy, César Azpilicueta, Emerson Palmieri and Hakim Ziyech.
The Chelsea players made the list alongside Manchester City stars, João Cancelo, Kevin De Bruyne and İlkay Gündoğan.
Chelsea defeated Atletico Madrid 2-0 on Wednesday, thanks to goals from Ziyech and Emerson.
Manchester City, on Tuesday, sealed their progress to the last 8 of the UCL after a 2-0 victory over Borussia Monchengladbach.
