Centre LSD Unleashes its 19th Set of Trainees for Global Impact

The African Centre for Leadership, Strategy & Development (Centre LSD) shall on Saturday, September 2, 2023, graduate another set of leaders from its Leadership School. The graduation which is the 19th, doubles as the 19th Centre LSD/ Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) Bi-annual leadership lecture, tagged “Leadership and natural resource governance in the Nigerian mining sector”.

Prof. Peter Akper (SAN, OFR) foremost Mining expert and Professor of Law at the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies shall deliver the keynote lecture, with Mr. Joseph Amenaghawon, of BudgiT as Chairperson.

A statement by Dr. Emenike Umesi, Director of Leadership at the Centre, said the graduation ceremony which has consistently demonstrated the determination of Centre LSD to raise the frontier of leaders and leadership development in Nigeria, will also feature the over 200 new students taking their matriculation oath.

The school trains leaders by attempting to unravel the complexity of leadership and offering a framework that will help people become great leaders.

Highlights of the event shall be the presentation of certificates to graduating students of the 19th set, awards to deserving graduands and the taking of the matriculation oath by the new students of the 21st set
