Following England, 2-1 win over Denmark in the Euro 2020 semi-finals, Arsenal British born Nigerian Bukayo Saka made history in the game. The Arsenal player became the first teenager to start a semi-final game for the Three Lions of England.

Bukayo Saka Made History in England’s Win

Bakayo Saka clocked 19 years and 305 days last night as England beat Denmark to advance to the Euro 2020. Saka was one of the standout performers as the Three Lions progressed to the final, facing Italy.

The Arsenal youngster was involved in England’s equaliser as his cross came off Simon Kjaer. England went on to score the winner in extra time. Tottenham Hotspur skipper Harry Kane scored from the penalty spot to give England the lead and mark his fourth goal.

Denmark goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel initially saved the penalty, but the striker was fast enough to hit the ball back into the net following a re-bounce from the keeper. It is England’s first-ever appearance in the final of the European Championship.
